Musadik Malik: WUF13 highlights core issues related to housing provision

“The World Urban Forum is of great importance for shaping the future of sustainable cities,” Musadik Masood Malik, Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, told AZERTAC on the sidelines of the WUF13.
Musadik Malik highlighted that housing-related challenges are a central focus of the event, noting that the issues go beyond housing to include social infrastructure, healthcare access, and education opportunities. He stressed that solutions must also address the needs of the poorest and most vulnerable groups, including people living in slums and low-income areas.
Adding that a key aim of the event is to highlight the concerns of marginalized communities at the international level, the Pakistan`s Minister praised Azerbaijan’s role in advancing this agenda.
