Irakli Kobakhidze: The documents signed between Azerbaijan and Georgia are of significant importance
Tbilisi, May 18, AZRETAC
“The documents signed between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of Georgia are of significant importance for Georgia,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists.
The Prime Minister stated that the signed documents represent an important milestone in strengthening economic and energy partnership between the two countries.
Irakli Kobakhidze emphasized that another key document was signed in Baku— the Protocol of the 41st meeting of the Coordination Council for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and construction of the railway section from Marabda to the border of the Republic of Turkiye (Kartsakhi) within the framework of the "Baku–Tbilisi–Kars" new railway project.
He stressed that the document will boost transport cooperation and international freight and passenger transport.
