Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan review prospects for economic partnership

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Deryageldi Orazov, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan.
The sides discussed prospects for economic partnership between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
They highlighted the positive results of cooperation in the fields of investment, transport, logistics, and transit transportation.
The parties also exchanged views on promoting mutual activities in trade, energy, and other areas, expanding regional economic relations, and exploring new cooperation opportunities.
The officials noted that further deepening economic cooperation would contribute to the sustainable development of both countries and the strengthening of economic integration in the region.
