Speaker of Milli Majlis: Important projects are being implemented between Azerbaijan and Belarus

"Important projects are being implemented between our countries in the economic, trade, industrial, investment, agricultural, and other sectors," stated Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova during a joint press conference with Igor Sergeyenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
She noted that the state visit of President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko to Azerbaijan in May 2024, along with the negotiations conducted and documents signed, gave fresh impetus to the development of these relations.
"The Prime Ministers of our countries, as well as ministers responsible for various sectors, maintain close contact and carry out regular work to ensure the timely implementation of the instructions issued by the heads of state," the Speaker of the Milli Majlis emphasized.
