Head of Government of Mexico City: We need open, inclusive cities and multilateral cooperation promoted by our local governments

“Today, we have gathered at the intersection of East and West, on the shores of the Caspian Sea. Within the World Urban Forum, we have come together to strengthen global and multilateral partnership. This is a strategic place where we will shape the future of urban planning for humanity,” said Clara Brugada Molina, Head of the Government of Mexico City, during the joint opening session of the assemblies held within the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).
“We need open, inclusive cities and multilateral cooperation promoted by our local governments. These activities must ensure the socio-economic development and ecological transformation of cities,” Clara Brugada stated.
