Sudanese official: The experience at WUF13 will make a significant contribution to our efforts in the restoration of our cities

“At the end of 2025, we presented a comprehensive peace initiative for Sudan to the UN Security Council,” a Sudanese official said while addressing the ministerial-level meeting titled “National Ministerial Statements – Ministerial Meeting on the New Urban Agenda,” held as part of WUF13.
“The outcomes and discussions of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum are highly valuable. We are confident that the collective expertise and experience shared here will make a significant contribution to our efforts aimed at restoring our cities and communities and building safe and resilient urban environments for our people,” the official emphasized.
