“The issue of housing occupies an important place on the global agenda and plays a key role in poverty reduction,” Undersecretary of the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development of South Sudan Louis Kwot Akolith told AZERTAC on the sidelines of the WUF13.
According to him, sustainable urban development and housing policy holds special significance in terms of improving living conditions and ensuring social welfare.
