World President of FIABCI: Around 3 billion people will face the need for access to housing by 2030

“Around 3 billion people will face the need for access to housing by 2030,” said Antonio Campagnoli, World President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), as he addressed a Business Assembly as part of the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).
According to the World President, by 2030, these 3 billion people will exert pressure on governments, cities, markets, and institutions, demanding access to safe, affordable, and climate-resilient housing.
