WUF13 explores urban practices for building safe and resilient communities VIDEO

An event titled “Urban Transformation in Practice: City experiences for Safe and Resilient Communities” was held as part of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
The discussions emphasized that for the OSCE, the security aspects of urbanization cover a variety of areas. These include health, gender, energy, migration, good environmental governance, environmental protection, biodiversity, and, most importantly, climate change. Thus, actions taken in cities play a key role in addressing environmental security risks, as well as contributing to climate action.
