Azerbaijan, UAE’s AD Ports Group discuss prospects for cooperation

Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has met with Managing Director and Group CEO of UAE’s AD Ports Group Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi in the format of a video conference.
The sides emphasized the growing Azerbaijan-UAE economic cooperation in various areas, especially successful partnership relations in trade, investment and other fields. Stressing the important role of joint initiatives from both sides in the development of economic and trade relations, the pair hailed the efforts of "AD Ports" to establish new cooperative relations.
The two also noted that there are wide opportunities for cooperation on projects implemented in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, as well as in the Caspian Sea basin, stressing the importance of the active participation of business circles in this field.
They also exchanged views on prospects for cooperation between AD Ports and Azerbaijan, as well as transport-logistics, business and investment opportunities.
