Italian singer In-Grid's star unveiled on Sea Breeze Walk of Fame

A star bearing the name of Ingrid Alberini, better known as In-Grid, was unveiled on the Sea Breeze Walk of Fame at the Sea Breeze Resort.
The Italian singer and composer was honored in a solemn ceremony. After a five-year break, she returned to Baku, remarking, “Baku is one of the most luxurious and beautiful cities in the world.”
In-Grid also shared that she knows a few words in Azerbaijani and expressed special affection for the Baku audience, which she described as sincere and emotional. In recognition of her contributions to world music, she was awarded a symbolic star on the Walk of Fame.
The Sea Breeze Walk of Fame is the first and only symbolic alley in Azerbaijan created to honor outstanding figures in culture, art, and public life. The names of 28 personalities - including Muslim Magomayev, David Foster, Rustam and Magsud Ibrahimbeyov, Vagif Mustafazadeh, and others - have been immortalized here. The collection of stars continues to grow, uniting names that have left a lasting mark on history.
In-Grid is an internationally acclaimed singer, composer, and arranger. Her breakout hit "Tu es foutu," which blends the sensitivity of French chanson with electronic rhythms, brought her worldwide fame. The track became a timeless hit, topping charts around the globe.
In-Grid’s path to international success began in 1994 with her victory in the regional competition "The Voice of San Remo."
