Azerbaijani delegation discuss expansion of cooperation with heads of Chinese companies

An Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has participated in the opening ceremony of the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) in Beijing.
Officials from China and other countries attended the event, where thousands of local and foreign companies demonstrated their services.
Since 2019, Azerbaijan has been represented by a single country stand at CIFTIS.
The Azerbaijani delegation also met with the heads of a number of Chinese companies. During the meetings, the sides stressed the importance of developing mutual cooperation, hailed Azerbaijan`s favorable business environment, opportunities created for investors, and exchanged views on projects implemented in the field of alternative energy and prospective areas of partnership.
