ON GIVING UNPAID LEAVE TO PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN I.H. ALIYEV
CABINET OF MINISTERSREPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJANRESOLUTION
1. To give unpaid leave starting on August 6, 2003 to Prime Minister Ilham Heydar oglu Aliyev for providing his participation in pre-electoral campaign as a nominee for the Presidential elections till the day of official publication of the results of Elections of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. First Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Tahir oglu Rasizadeh is assigned to perform the duties of Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the period mentioned in the 1st paragraph of this resolution.
3. This resolution comes into effect on the day of signing.
