AZERBAIJANI JUDOISTS SCOOP ONE GOLD, THREE SILVER AND ONE BRONZE MEDALS AT WORLD CUP
Azerbaijan national judo team won one gold, three silver and one bronze medals at the World Cup, which wrapped up October 14 at 
the Heydar Aliyev Sport and Concert Complex.
In the 90 kg weight category, Elkhan Mammadov snatched a gold medal knocking out his rivals from Lithuania, France, Turkey and Latvia.
The same day in the finals, Azerbaijani judoists Elkhan Rajabli (81 kg) and Movlud Miraliyev (100 kg) lost to Ukrainian rival Roman Gontyuka and French athlete Frederic Demonfock respectively to secure silver medals.
On the first day of the tournament, Azerbaijani Samir Ismayilov (73 kg) and Ramil Gasimov (66 kg) won silver and bronze medals respectively.
