‘Azerbaijan and Romania have multifaceted relations and both countries have strong political will to develop them’
Baku, April 19 (AZERTAC). Relations between Azerbaijan and Romania are not only confined to economic, energy and political spheres. There are also examples of good cooperation in humanitarian area, President Ilham Aliyev said Monday during the press statement with President Traian Basescu.
A monument to Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev was erected in Bucharest, while monument to Romania`s eminent composer George Enescu in Baku. This has very positive impact on relations among peoples.
According to President Aliyev, Azerbaijan and Romania have multifaceted relations and both countries have strong political will to develop them.
The Head of State expressed confidence that development of bilateral relationship would have positive impact on cooperation of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea regions.
