Haris Piplas: I closely examined recovery efforts and “smart village” projects implemented in Zangilan

“I am delighted to be in Baku, Azerbaijan. This marks my third visit to Baku. In this regard, I have had the opportunity to become more closely acquainted with Baku, its urban architecture, and landscape design projects,” stated Haris Piplas, a participant in the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), representative of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, and Department Director at Drees & Sommer, in an interview with AZERTAC.
He expressed satisfaction with visiting other regions of Azerbaijan, including Zangilan. He noted that he closely examined the recovery, reconstruction, and revitalization projects implemented in those territories, as well as the work carried out under the “smart village” concept. The guest also highlighted that these projects are being implemented jointly with Swiss partners.
