“Baku is excellently hosting such a grandiose event as WUF13. Azerbaijan perfectly organized the event, transport connections, and the activities of volunteers. I think sustainable development starts with establishing the right rules and everyone following them,” Ruchi Gupta, a representative from India’s National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), told AZERTAC on the sidelines of the 13th session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).
According to her, the forum is addressing discussions on connectivity, transportation, information sharing, and inclusivity.
