“We hope that we can unite the agenda of connectivity and urban development through the SPECA Cities Forum,” said Director of the Global Solutions Division of UN-Habitat Rafael Tuts, during the SPECA Forum (the UN Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia) held as part of the WUF13.
“We apply multi-level governance within SPECA. Building connections remains a key priority for SPECA, which connects Asia and Europe through transport and trade,” he said.
