Baku, June 23 (AZERTAC). The U.S. Geological Survey said on Wednesday that magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred off the coast of the Japanese island of Honshu at a distance of 136 kilometers southeast of Hutchinoha at 2150 GMT.

After a few seconds and another aftershock of 6.7 magnitude hit the same area in the Pacific Ocean. Warning Center said a tsunami in the Pacific that he did not issue any warning of a tsunami in the region strong.
