International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation presents project “3 Ozans together”

The International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation in order to popularize the centuries-old culture and history of Turkic people has implemented a new project called “3 Ozans together” (“3 Ozan bir arada”).
As part of the project, postage stamp was issued in connection with the anniversaries of the three outstanding poets of the Turkic world - Yunus Emre, Ashig Alasgar and Jambul Jabayev. The stamps were put into circulation with the joint cooperation of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and Azerpost LLC operating under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
The project is dedicated to the 700th anniversary of the death of the outstanding master of Turkish literature Yunus Emre, the 200th anniversary of the prominent representative of Azerbaijani Ashig art Ashig Alasgar, the 175th anniversary of the national poet of Kazakhstan Jambul Jabayev. The presentation of the project is aimed at familiarizing a wide audience with the rich creative samples of great masters of the Turkic world.
The design of the stamp reflecting portraits of poets was carried out by Azerbaijani artist Orkhan Garayev.
