Azerbaijani librarians attend international conference in Crimea
Baku, June 17 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani representatives attended the 18th International Conference titled “Libraries and Information Resources in the Modern World of Science, Culture, Education, and Business” in Crimea.
The conference participants heard presentations on “Electronic information, libraries and society: what is to be expected from the new decade of the information century?”, “Role of libraries in the development of education, innovations and intercultural cooperation”, “Automated and Corporate Library Systems and Technologies”, “Electronic libraries: design, implementation and problems of Development”.
Azerbaijani representative made report on “Activities of the Presidential Library of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Sphere of Country Studies and Local History”.
On the sidelines of the conference, the Jabbarli republican youth library and Gasprinski Crimea Tatar Library agreed to implement joint projects.
