Russia's actions threaten the stability of Europe and all of humanity – COMMENTARY

Rovshan Taghiyev, head of the United Ukrainian Azerbaijanis Congress (UUAC) and chair of the Assembly of Nationalities, in an interview with AZERTAC, sharply condemned the atrocities committed by employees of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in Yekaterinburg, which resulted in the deaths of Azerbaijani compatriots.
He noted that the violation of the rights of other nations in Russia is cynically covered up by the false slogans of “friendship of peoples.”
The agency’s interlocutor said: “The world community must move from expressing concern, indecision, and insufficient assistance to Ukraine to effective measures aimed at holding accountable all those involved in committing military, humanitarian, and environmental crimes. Russia’s actions threaten the stability of Europe and all of humanity.”
Rovshan Taghiyev also drew historical parallels between the events in Ukraine and the criminal actions of the Russian military in Azerbaijan, Moldova, Georgia, Syria, and other parts of the world, as well as the genocide committed against the Chechen people.
