Event on 1st anniversary of establishment of Azerbaijan-Italy Trade Institute held in Rome
Baku, July 14 (AZERTAC). An event has been held in Rome to mark the 1st anniversary of establishment of Azerbaijan-Italy Trade Institute.
The event was co-organized by the Azerbaijan-Italy Trade Institute and the country`s Embassy in Italy.
Azerbaijan`s ambassador Vagif Sadigov highlighted macro economic situation in the country.
He noted Azerbaijan attached great importance to developing relations with business circles of Italy.
The event featured presentations by President of Italian-Azerbaijani Trade Institute Manuela Traldi, Head of the Italian Society for Enterprises Abroad Massimo D’Ayuto, President of the Rome Chamber of Commerce Giancarlo Cremonesi, Coordinator at Saipem Company Fausto Andreoli.
Speakers praised Azerbaijan`s economic achievements, as well as its business and investment environment.
Following the meeting, several Italian businessmen received honorary diplomas for their contributions to development of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Italy.
