Media cooperation from Beijing to Ganja: Xinhua representatives at Azerbaijan State Agricultural University

Employees of the China’s influential Xinhua News Agency Zhong Zhong and Chen Junfeng visited the studio of the online television platform ADAU TV of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ASAU).
AZERTAC's regional correspondent reports that during the meeting, the guests familiarized themselves with the activity, technical capabilities and implemented media projects of ADAU TV.
Eljan Mammadov, Head of the Press and Public Relations Department of the university, briefed the Xinhua employees on the recent efforts, initiatives aimed at the development of students in the media field, as well as the university's information policy.
ADAU TV serves as a modern platform dedicated to enhancing students’ practical knowledge and skills. It also plays an important role in broadcasting the university's scientific, educational and social activities to a wider audience. The programs produced at ADAU TV contribute to the advancement of young professionals pursuing careers in journalism and communication.
Xinhua representatives hailed the comprehensive media opportunities available at ADAU, especially underscoring the importance of student-oriented initiatives. They noted that such platforms are instrumental in integrating the university’s media output into global media landscape.
During the meeting, the parties also discussed future cooperation opportunities, exchange of experience, as well as prospects for the implementation of joint media projects. They underlined that such reciprocal visits pave the way for further enhancing relations between universities and international media organizations.
