German government: Nagorno-Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan’s territory

Baku, October 10, AZERTAC
The German government has said it recognizes Nagorno-Karabakh region as part of Azerbaijan’s territory. According to the German media, in response to questions on the German-Armenian relations from the Bundestag's radical AfD faction, the German government said this relationship should be understood as the relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Armenia. The government of Germany said it considers the Nagorno-Karabakh region and seven adjacent districts, which are currently under the control of the Armenian armed forces, as part of Azerbaijan. “The government of the Federal Republic of Germany does not recognize the so-called "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic."
