Brazilian midfielder Assuncao joins Galatasaray on loan

Baku, September 9, AZERTAC

Galatasaray confirmed Wednesday the signing of Gustavo Assuncao from Portugal's FC Famalicao on loan, according to Anadolu Agency.

The Istanbul powerhouse said in a statement that Assuncao joined the club on loan for one year while the Lions hold the option to purchase him until the end of the 2021-22 season.

Assuncao, 21, scored one goal and made two assists in 69 games for the Portuguese team.
