Azerbaijan’s Media Development Agency submits new draft law for public hearing

Azerbaijan’s Media Development Agency has submitted a new draft law proposing amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Law “On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information,” and the Law “On Protection of Children from Harmful Information” for public hearing.
Representatives of relevant state authorities, media organizations, and experts are participating in the event.
Discussions will focus on the innovations envisaged in the draft law and issues related to their implementation.
