Minister Abdisalam Abdi Ali: Somalia keen to benefit from Azerbaijan’s “ASAN Khidmet” experience

I would like to express gratitude to the Azerbaijani government for providing scholarships to Somali students in its educational institutions. We also enjoy excellent relations in the field of defense and security, said Abdisalam Abdi Ali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, during a joint press briefing with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.
He noted that Azerbaijan provides support to Somalia in the oil and energy sectors.
The minister also added that Somalia is taking steps to implement Azerbaijan's "ASAN Khidmet" model.
