Baku, March 31 (AZERTAC). Women extremely conscious of their bodies, are apparently prepared to swap everything from money, careers, even their families for the perfect figure.

The study involving 320 women aged 18 to 65 years attending UK universities was carried out for eating disorder charity The Succeed Foundation, in partnership with the centre for appearance research at the University of the West of England (UWE), finding for women good health, a high salary and time with family mattered less than looking good.
While. 9% were prepared to give up their partners for getting into shape, one of three women attending university said they would swap a year or more of their life for their ideal body shape.

Women seemed willing to swap things like £5,000 of an annual salary, promotion at work (8%), getting a first in their degree (6%) and spending time with their partner (9%), give up spending time with their family (7%), friends (9%) and health (7%) for achieving their ideal shape.
