Famous American violinist, megastar Hilary Hahn`s CD album “In 27 Pieces: the Hilary Hahn Encores”, featuring chairperson of the Union of Composers of Azerbaijan, People`s Artist Firangiz Alizade`s song has won a Grammy award in the best chamber music nomination.
The presentation ceremony of the award was held Sunday at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
Speaking to the journalists, Firangiz Alizade said: “This is a success of Azerbaijani music. I am very glad that my song won Grammy in Hilary Hahn`s performance.”
