Residential background is to increase by 30.3 million square meters and will be 64.1 million sq m. Only in Baku they will be constructed 23.3 million square meters of total floor space. In this case, the provision of housing for one person will be in the region of 25 sq. m (currently 17.3 sq. m.). The road network will increase by hundreds of kilometers. Alasgarov said that agricultural land and its intended purpose in the region covered by the plan will be reviewed.
The head of SCCA noted that in November, it is scheduled to hold a public discussion of the development plan for Greater Baku.
