Emir Kusturica to build stone city of 12 million euros

According to him, the style Stonegrad involves blending the spirit of the Ottoman Empire, the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, and a special Greek-Serbian neoclassicism. The director admitted that it is the largest project that he had started.
